Just a reminder of our May meeting on the 13th of next week at the Mr. Mikes on Luckakuck in Chilliwack.

Unfortunately, I won’t be there. Instead I’ll be attending my daughter’s band concert. This will be her last concert before she leaves to play in Disneyland the following week.

Our April meeting is tomorrow. Sorry for the late reminder. Anyone interested in going to the LinuxFest Northwest? Let’s talk about it.

The annual LinuxFest Northwest will be held on April 24^th & 25^th in Bellingham. Wim says “I’ve been a couple times and while some sessions were “I know that”, I always came away with something new. There is something for everyone no matter what your level or interest in Linux is.”

Admission is free. You can expect to meet a lot of interesting people happy to talk about all things Open Source. If you are interested you will need a passport (to get across the border) along with cash for food and credit card for hotel. Depending on how many are interested, we could carpool down. We can talk about it at our next meeting on April 8^th. See you then.
